Return Policy

Jewelry, handbags, clutches and accessories can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase. After 30 days a store credit will be issued to the customer. The customer will receive a refund or store credit after the product is returned to Elisabetta Studio.

Returned or exchanged products must be unused and in original condition. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded when an item is returned or exchanged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as new shipping costs on an exchanged item.

**Above return policy does not apply to custom orders.  All custom orders are final. 

Damages

If you discover your item is damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to repair or replace your item.
